- Prior to the May 15, 2001 "Smackdown" taping in Louisville, the Minnesota Stretching Crew again defeated the Disciples of Synn to regain the OVW Southern Tag Team title.
- On June 27, 2001, Lesner and Brian Keck (subbing for Benjamin) beat Perry Saturn and Dean Malenko in Louisville, KY.
- In July 2001, the Minnesota Stretching Crew vacated the OVW Tag Team title due to an injury suffered by Benjamin.
- The title remained vacant until October 29, 2001. Lesnar and Benjamin defeated Prototype (John Cena) and Rico Constantino to claim their third OVW Tag Team title.
- Lesnar made his WWF television debut at the March 18, 2002 edition of "Raw." Paul Heyman arrived on the scene to be his agent.
- At the WWF brand extension draft on "Raw," Vince McMahon attempted to select Lesnar, but since the WWF chairman was out of order, Ric Flair selected him for the "Raw" brand.
- At Backlash '02 in Kansas City, MO, Lesnar defeated Jeff Hardy by default following a devastating power bomb.
- On May 1, 2002, Lesnar defeated Crash Holly in Cologne, Germany.
- Two nights later, Lesnar teamed with The Undertaker in Birmingham, England to defeat Triple H and Matt Hardy.
- At Judgment Day '02, Lesnar and Heyman defeated the Hardy Boyz.
- On the May 27, 2002 edition of "Raw" in Edmonton, Lesnar defeated former Hardcore champion Bubba Ray Dudley.
- Two weeks later on the same program, Lesnar aided Vince McMahon's quest to regain control of WWE, attacking Flair in the process. Earlier in the night, Lesnar defeated Bubba Ray Dudley in a King of the Ring qualifying match.
- Lesnar defeated Booker T to qualify for the semi finals of the 2002 King of the Ring tournament the following Monday.
- At the King of the Ring PPV in Columbus, OH, Lesnar went through Test and Rob Van Dam to become the 2002 King of the Ring. Winning the King of the Ring tournament guaranteed Lesnar a WWE title shot at Summerslam.
- On June 29, 2002, Lesnar defeated Flair at Madison Square Garden in New York, NY.
- Two nights later on "Raw," Lesnar again defeated "The Nature Boy."
- At the end of the July 22, 2002 episode of "Raw," Lesnar and Heyman left "Raw" in favor of Stephanie McMahon's "Smackdown."
- On the August 8, 2002 edition of "Smackdown," Lesnar successfully defended his Summerslam title shot against Hulk Hogan.
- At Summerslam 2002 in Nassau, NY, Lesnar defeated The Rock to capture the WWE title.
- At No Mercy '02, Lesnar successfully defended the WWE title against The Undertaker in a "Hell In the Cell" match.
- Lesnar defeated the Big Show at the 2003 Royal Rumble in Boston, MA to earn a spot in the 30 man over the top rope battle royal match. Later on the show, Lesnar eliminated the Undertaker to win the Royal Rumble battle royal.
- At Wrestlemania XIX in Seattle, WA, Lesnar defeated Kurt Angle to win the WWE title.
- At Backlash '03, Lesnar successfully defended the WWE title against John Cena.
- Lesnar retained the WWE title against the Big Show in a "stretcher" match at the 2003 Judgment Day PPV.
- On July 17, 2003, Lesnar successfully defended the WWE title against the Big Show and Angle in Yokohama, Japan.
- Lesnar defeated Angle at the September 16, 2003 "Smackdown" taping in Raleigh, NC in a 60-minute "iron man" match to regain the WWE title.
- At No Mercy '03 in Baltimore, MD, Lesnar successfully defended the WWE title against the Undertaker in a "biker/chain" match.
- In early 2004, Lesnar signed a 7 year contract with WWE worth a reported $10.5 million.
- At the 2004 Royal Rumble, Lesnar defeated Hardcore Holly to retain the WWE title.
- The night of Wrestlemania XX, WWE posted the following on the company's web site: "Lesnar has made a personal decision to put his WWE career on hold to prepare to tryout for the National Football League this season. Brock has wrestled his entire professional career in the WWE and we are proud of his accomplishments and wish him the best in his new endeavor."
- On July 27, 2004, Lesnar signed a contract with the NFL's Minnesota Vikings.
- Lesnar defeated Kazuyuki Fujita and Masa Chono on October 8, 2005 at the Tokyo Dome to win the IWGP Heavyweight title.
- Brock Lesnar defeated Shinsuke Nakamura to retain the IWGP title on January 4, 2006 at the Tokyo Dome.
- On April 24, 2006, Lesnar and WWE settled the no-complete lawsuit.
- Lesnar married Rena Mero (aka Sable) on May 6, 2006.
- After refusing to drop the IWGP title in July 2006, Lesnar signed a contract with the K-1 Heros promotion to enter the MMA world in August.
